If you prefer not to have a reference image at all just choose a very small white image file 1px wide x 1px high, to act as a spacer before your the start of your text content.

You have full access to the “Source code” in the “Simple Web Editor” which means that you have the option to insert images into the text content including photos, illustrations and tables etc. The manual provides code examples which can easily be copied, modified and pasted into the “Source code” to suit whatever you wish to include in your page layouts.
